How does add-on billing work?
Premium modules are add-on subscriptions on top of any paid PollyBot plan. They appear on the same invoice as your plan, metered by what each module uses: credits and seats for PollySell, minutes and receptionists for PollyRing, minutes and concurrent streams for PollyFace.
Do I need a specific plan to activate a module?
No, every paid plan can activate any module. Some plan features pair naturally with them (like Human-in-the-Loop on Flock and above), but the modules themselves are available to everyone.
Can I cancel a module without cancelling my plan?
Yes. Modules switch on and off independently of your plan. Turn one off and its billing stops at the end of the cycle. Your plan and other modules are untouched.
What powers PollyFace and PollyRing under the hood?
Best-in-class engines, fully managed by us. We run, monitor, and keep upgrading the stack so you never manage a vendor. If you already have your own avatar provider account, PollyFace’s BYOK option lets you connect your key and pay a flat platform fee instead of metered minutes.
Do the modules share my agent’s knowledge?
