Use PollyBot inside Discord

Once the bot is in your server, members talk to it like any other member, and you stay in control of where and how it responds.

How members interact

• Mention the bot or use its slash commands in an allowed channel to ask a question.
• The agent answers from your trained knowledge, in your configured tone.
• Role-aware behavior: you can let the bot respond differently to members, customers, or staff based on their Discord roles.
• Guild-based routing sends questions to the right agent when you run more than one.

Escalate to a human

1. 1Set escalation rules (keywords, sentiment, or an explicit 'talk to a human' request).
2. 2When triggered, the bot pings your moderators/support role with full conversation context.
3. 3A teammate takes over from the Live chat console; the member feels a seamless handoff.
