    Join our Discord & add the PollyBot to your server

    Get into the community, then invite the managed bot and authorize it for your guild.

    PollyBot was born in Discord communities, so Discord gets first-class support. People mean two things by 'Discord': joining our community, and adding the bot to your own server.

    Join the PollyBot community

    1. 1Open the Discord link in the site footer (or the Discord button on the /discord page).
    2. 2Accept the invite and you'll land in our community server for support, tips, and announcements.
    3. 3Introduce yourself in the welcome channel; our team and community help out there.

    Add the bot to YOUR server

    1. 1In the PollyBot app, open Channels → Discord for your agent.
    2. 2Click Add to Discord. This launches Discord's authorization screen.
    3. 3Choose the server (guild) you manage and approve the requested permissions.
    4. 4Back in the app, pick the channels the bot should listen in and how it should behave.

    NoteYou need Manage Server permission on the Discord server to add a bot. If you don't, ask a server admin to authorize it.

    Heads upAdding the bot to a server is not the same as signing up. Create your PollyBot account first (see Getting started); the primary sign-up is email/Google, and Discord connects from inside the app.
