Approval gates & human-in-the-loop

Some actions should never happen without a human nod: issuing a refund, sending a contract, spending money. Approval gates make that safe.

1. 1In a workflow, drop an Approval gate before the sensitive step.
2. 2Choose who can approve (a role, a person, or your on-call team).
3. 3When the flow reaches the gate it pauses, waiting indefinitely without consuming compute.
4. 4On approval it resumes automatically; on rejection it follows your fallback path.
