    Keep it accurate

    1. 1Add your most important sources first: pricing, policies, and product docs.
    2. 2Set your agent's tone and a short 'about us' so it frames answers correctly.
    3. 3Turn on auto-refresh so re-crawled sources stay current (Flock and up).
    4. 4Test with real customer questions and add any missing source it stumbles on.

    TipIf an answer is wrong, it's almost always a missing or outdated source. Add the doc rather than fighting the prompt.
